The field work capacity test includes a 2 mile hike over flat ground with a 25lb pack in fire gear. The test must be completed in 30 min. The test may also include lifting, pulling and stepping exercises.
The day of the test you are required to bring:
- 25 lb pack
- Fire Gear
- Signed Health Screening Survey (see below)
